Once there was a little girl……
…..who was ambitious, confident, hardworking and beautiful. She was also a dreamer. She had a crazy childhood dream – to study English and live abroad in the United Kingdom, to build her financial freedom and to become so powerful that she would have a positive impact on the whole world and universe. To achieve this dream, she worked incredibly hard, but she forgot to nourish or reward herself, or allow herself any time for true enjoyment.
She did not know that it was possible to achieve her goals and enjoy her life.
She always maintained her beautiful appearance and her smile, and she was working hard towards her goal of financial freedom, but while doing so, she became so cold-hearted that she no longer liked herself. Finally, she achieved her financial freedom, became confident that she could turn any of her dreams into reality and remained young, positive, and very beautiful on the outside, BUT … this pretty woman continued to be cold-hearted.
Eventually, she learned to ‘love’ and nourish her inner self. She learned to manage her working hours in a healthy way. She learned to cherish and pat herself on the back for her achievements. She learned to say thank you to herself for all her hard work and for her commitment to making her dreams come true. She learned to stop and reflect, and … she finally learned to love those who loved her …
Today, she does only what is humanly possible and whilst she remains a committed and ambitious person, she now understands balance. She balances her work, her health and beauty, and her relationship with her family. She enjoys every aspect of her life to the full, without guilt.
Today, she knows that is possible.
This is my journey towards ultimate freedom and healthy balance across all areas of my life and work.
