Terms & Disclaimer

Last Updated: 17th April 2025 (signed of by a legal representative 22nd April 2025)

Welcome and thank you for being here. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and understandings. I’ve written them with transparency and kindness in mind.

1. Nature of my services

I offer coaching services designed to support your personal and professional growth. Please know:

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial planning.
  • Even though I am a licensed first aid mental health professional, I encourage you to seek the appropriate support when needed

2. Results disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on the effort, commitment, and actions taken by the client. By following the recommended actions consistently, you should be able to see personal progress within three months, and others will begin to notice changes in approximately six months. That said, coaching is a deeply personal journey, and progress can vary depending on individual circumstances, choices, and effort. There are no shortcuts but there is ongoing support. By choosing to work together, you acknowledge responsibility for your own growth and I’ll be right beside you, encouraging and supporting you all the way.

3. Session scheduling & flexibility

Sessions can be adjusted based on your needs and progress. I recommend having a consistent weekly slot to keep things simple and steady.

If either of us is on holiday or needs to reschedule, we can absolutely adjust all I ask is at least 48 hours’ notice so we can respect each other’s time.

4. Payments & security

Due to the nature of coaching services which involve reserved time, preparation, and a personal commitment all purchases are final.

To keep things safe and simple:

  • I will never phone or message you to request payment details.
  • All payments will be made either through my website or via an official invoice sent to your email.
  • If anything feels unclear or suspicious, you can always reach me at hello@electracarter.co.uk.

5. Respecting the space

All content on this site including text, videos, and resources  is the property of Electra Carter. You’re welcome to share it with credit, but please don’t copy or reproduce anything without written permission.

6. External links

This website (my blogs) may occasionally link to other sites or resources. While I only share tools and recommendations I believe in, I’m not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

7. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential and not to be discussed unless necessary and upon agreement from both the coach and the client.

8. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. You’re encouraged to check back occasionally to stay informed. By continuing to use the site, you agree to the most current version.
